Dr. Dina Abdin

Dina is a physiotherapist with over 10 years' experience treating musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Physiotherapy and specializes in manual therapy techniques including McKenzie, Mulligan, muscle energy, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, and myofascial release. She is based at Mediclinic in Dubai.

She treats a wide range of acute and chronic orthopaedic and sports conditions, including low back pain (both mechanical and non-mechanical), neck pain, shoulder pain, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her approach combines joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, kinesio taping, and advanced soft tissue techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
