Dr. Hidayath Ali Ansari

Dr. Hidayath Ali Ansari is Interim Institute Chief of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Diagnostics Institute. With 26 years of clinical experience, he specializes in cross-sectional nuclear medicine and body imaging. His expertise spans radioactive isotope administration, advanced molecular imaging techniques including Octreotide scanning, Parathyroid SPECT imaging, and brain SPECT perfusion imaging for dementia assessment.

Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Ansari worked as a Consultant Radiologist and Clinical Lead at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust in Lancaster, UK, where he also served as Chair of the Radiology National Cancer Intelligence Network for Lancashire and South Cumbria. He completed his medical degree at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore, India, followed by specialist training in radiology at Manchester and a fellowship in PET-CT imaging at University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland.
