Dr. Carl B. Kapadia

Dr. Carl Kapadia is a General, Interventional, and Structural Cardiologist based in Abu Dhabi with 17 years of clinical experience. He trained at leading US institutions including Washington University in St. Louis and completed an advanced fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he managed complex cardiac cases for an internationally referred practice. Before returning to the UAE, he served as Medical Director of the Structural and Interventional Program at a major Boise hospital.

Dr. Kapadia manages the full spectrum of heart conditions—from high blood pressure and cholesterol disorders to coronary heart disease, heart failure, valve problems, and irregular heartbeats. His procedural expertise includes coronary angiography and angioplasty with stents, transcatheter valve replacement and repair, left atrial appendage closure, and advanced interventions for blocked arteries and complex lesions. He uses the latest minimally invasive techniques to reduce recovery time and improve outcomes.

Dr. Kapadia is committed to staying current with innovations in cardiac care and tailoring treatment to each patient's individual needs and goals. He is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, and Interventional Cardiology, and holds fellowships with the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
