Dr. Raqwana Hussain Baharoon

Dr Raqwana Baharoon is a consultant nuclear medicine physician boarded in Nuclear Medicine with more than 23 years of experience in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. She practises at Mediclinic Abu Dhabi and holds a subspeciality in paediatric nuclear medicine, bringing expertise across the full spectrum of the field.

Her clinical focus spans advanced imaging techniques including PET-CT scans for cancer diagnosis and staging, advanced cardiac imaging with PET-CT, and novel radiotracer treatments for cancer. She also provides diagnostic nuclear medicine services and therapy for children, combining molecular imaging with therapeutic applications to help patients across all age groups.
