Zehra Mehtab is a licensed physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience, currently supervising the Physiotherapy Department at Emirates Hospital, Jumeirah. She specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, with advanced expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions.

She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in New Delhi and a Master of Physiotherapy with specialization in Orthopedics from Jamia Hamdard, also in New Delhi. She has obtained advanced professional certifications in dry needling, sports rehabilitation, spinal and peripheral joint mobilization and manipulation, and sacroiliac joint management with exercise therapy approaches.
