Dr. Manal Ali Ahmed is a clinical dietitian at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group in Dubai, with advanced qualifications in nutrition science and human biology. She holds a PhD in human biology from Maastricht University's School of Nutrition and Translational Research in Metabolism, along with master's degrees in nutrition and food service management and biochemistry.
