Dr. Rahul J Bhatt

Dr. Rahul J Bhatt is a Specialist Urologist at Medcare Medical Centre in Dubai, bringing 21 years of clinical experience across India and the UAE. He trained at Dr S.N. Medical College in Jodhpur, completing both his MBBS and MS in General Surgery, followed by specialist urology training (DNB) at the prestigious Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital in Nadiad. He has worked across leading Indian hospitals including Trinity Hospital, GBH American Hospital, Geetanjali Medical College, and the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute before joining Aster–DM Healthcare and now Medcare.

Dr. Bhatt performs a comprehensive range of urological procedures, from routine circumcision and vasectomy to complex open surgeries (radical prostatectomy, radical cystectomy, nephrectomy) and minimally invasive endoscopic techniques (laser stone treatment, transurethral resection, percutaneous nephrolithotomy). He has particular expertise in kidney-stone disease, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, urethral strictures, and varicocele. He also conducts diagnostic biopsies and flow studies.

He is known for strong rapport with both children and elderly patients, and maintains active membership in the Urological Society of India, American Urological Association, and European Association of Urology. He is academically engaged and attends international conferences regularly to stay current with advances in his field.
