Dr. Arshi Zahoor

Arshi is a chartered physiotherapist with a first-class degree from the University of Birmingham (2018) and a distinction-level master's in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Manchester Metropolitan University (2023). She has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2018, gaining experience in both NHS and private practice settings. During her undergraduate training, she worked with professional football clubs in the UK and completed clinical rotations in orthopaedics, elderly care, and musculoskeletal outpatients.

She specializes in helping people recover from sports injuries and post-operative conditions, with a particular focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation. Her treatment areas include lower-limb injuries, tendon problems (such as Achilles and patellar tendinopathy), low back pain, and rehabilitation after procedures like ACL repair.
