Dr. Adel Abdallah Salama Wassef

Dr. Adel Salama Wassef is a cardiologist based in Ras Al-Khaimah with over 30 years of experience in cardiac care. He completed his medical degree (MBBCH) at Cairo University in 1983 and specialist training in cardiology (MD) at Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1991. For 27 years (1993–2020), he led the Cardiology and Coronary Care Unit at major hospitals in the UAE, including the Ministry of Health's Ibrahim Bin Hamad Obaidallah Hospital and Saif Hospital in Ras Al-Khaimah.

Dr. Adel treats a broad range of heart conditions: chest pain, heart attacks, irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias), high blood pressure, heart failure with shortness of breath, and blood clots.
