Dr. Asima Asif Ujra

Dr. Asima Asif Ujra is an Emergency Medicine Specialist trained at Rashid Hospital Trauma Center in Dubai, one of the region's leading trauma facilities. She holds Arab Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ArBEM) and is also certified by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM). With 4 years of clinical experience, she is committed to evidence-based emergency care and serves as an instructor in life-support courses including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Emergency Trauma Care (ETC).

Dr. Ujra's clinical expertise spans adult and pediatric resuscitation, emergency obstetric and gynecological emergencies, emergency procedures, and the use of portable ultrasound at the bedside to guide diagnosis and treatment. She has particular interests in medical toxicology (poisoning and overdose management) and emergency trauma management. She demonstrates strong triage and decision-making skills, working effectively under pressure in high-stakes situations.

Currently pursuing a master's degree in medical education, Dr. Ujra is passionate about teaching and research alongside direct patient care. She is a compassionate clinician who thrives on delivering high-quality, evidence-based emergency medicine to both adults and children.
