Dr. Rosna John

Rosna John is a physiotherapist and exercise training specialist with over 5 years of clinical experience across India and the UAE. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore in 2017, and has worked progressively in diverse settings—from fitness and rehabilitation centres in India to specialist physiotherapy practice in the UAE.

Rosna works with a wide range of patients and conditions. Her main areas of focus include orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, prenatal and postnatal exercise programmes, stroke management, and paediatric rehabilitation. She uses hands-on techniques including joint mobilisation and soft tissue release to reduce pain and restore function.
