Dr. Fareeda Banu Jahangir

Dr. Fareeda Banu Jahangir is a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience, primarily focused on high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric care. She spent 15 years at SEHA Abu Dhabi as a high-risk obstetrician and gynaecologist, and more than 10 years as a Foetal Medicine Consultant specialising in complicated pregnancies. She currently practises at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, and previously worked at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children.

Dr. Jahangir's expertise covers first-trimester screening for chromosomal defects, detailed second-trimester scans to detect birth defects, foetal growth restriction monitoring, and the care of multiple pregnancies including monochorionic twins (twins sharing a placenta).
