Dr. Rajitha Lokadasan

Dr. Rajitha Lokadasan is a consultant medical oncologist with over 12 years of experience in cancer care. She completed her medical training at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, including an MD in General Medicine and a specialist qualification (DM) in Medical Oncology from the Regional Cancer Centre. She has also qualified for the Specialty Certificate Examination in Medical Oncology from the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Before joining NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, she worked as a consultant at KIMS Cancer Centre in India since 2019, where she managed cancer patients from across India and abroad.

Dr. Rajitha specializes in treating female cancers, with particular expertise in breast cancer, gynaecological cancers (including ovarian and cervical), lung cancer, and bowel cancer. She offers a full range of modern cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy tailored to each patient's needs. During her time at KIMS, she played an instrumental role in establishing and running the bone marrow transplantation unit, demonstrating her involvement in complex oncology care.
