Dr. Khalid Al-Saffar

Dr Khalid Al-Saffar is a Specialist in Neurology at Medcare Hospital Al Safa in Dubai. He completed his MBChB, Diploma in Medicine, and Degree in Internal Medicine from Baghdad University in Iraq, and is a member of the Faculty of Medical College at Baghdad University. With over 40 years of clinical experience, he has practised in many prestigious hospitals across Iraq and the Middle East, building extensive expertise in nervous system disorders.

Dr Al-Saffar diagnoses and treats a wide range of neurological conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles—including strokes, epilepsy, headaches, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, migraines, and nerve damage from diabetes or high blood pressure. He also manages demyelinating diseases, benign intracranial hypertension, and central nervous system infections.
