Dr. Masood Khan

Dr Masood Khan is a Consultant Cardiologist with nearly two decades of clinical practice in London. He trained at leading UK institutions including Cambridge's Addenbrooke's and Papworth Hospitals, and London's St George's, St Mary's and Hammersmith Hospitals. He was a Consultant at Imperial College Hospitals NHS Trust, West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust and The Wellington Hospital, where he held senior leadership roles as Head of Cardiology and Director of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

Dr Khan specialises in interventional cardiology and the treatment of coronary artery disease (narrowed heart vessels) using minimally invasive keyhole techniques. He manages a broad range of heart conditions including chest pain and angina, irregular heartbeats (palpitations), shortness of breath, heart murmurs and valve problems. He also assesses cardiac risk factors such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and uses advanced cardiac CT scanning for diagnosis.

He is recognised as an exceptional trainer of junior doctors and is known among colleagues for his clinical expertise and calm, compassionate approach to patient care. Dr Khan works in partnership with his patients, taking time to understand their individual concerns and support them in making informed decisions about their treatment.
