Dr. Shailesh Khode

Dr. Shailesh Khode is an internationally trained ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist and sleep surgeon with more than 19 years of experience. He has trained at leading centres across Asia, Europe, and the United States, and is recognized for his expertise in diagnosing and surgically treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). He currently practises at NMC Healthcare Abu Dhabi, and has previously worked at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi, and KTP Hospital Singapore, where he received multiple awards for patient care.

Dr. Khode treats the full range of ear, nose, throat, and thyroid conditions, with a particular focus on sleep-related breathing disorders. His approach emphasizes minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques, including drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) to guide multilevel sleep apnea surgery and individualized treatment plans for snoring and OSA. He also manages nasal obstruction, sinus disease, ear disorders, and complex head and neck conditions that require coordinated multidisciplinary care.
