Dr. Philippe Zakhia El-Doueihi

Dr. Philippe Zakhia El-Doueihi is an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, with six years of clinical experience managing acute medical and surgical crises. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon and advanced training in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, one of the region's leading teaching hospitals.

Dr. El-Doueihi's clinical focus encompasses critical care for adults and children, trauma management, airway procedures, procedural sedation (medication to keep patients calm during urgent procedures), and neonatal resuscitation. He holds multiple life-support certifications and is trained in central venous catheter placement — a key technique for delivering urgent medications and fluids. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and holds licenses from both the United States and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi.
