Dr. Anirudh Reddy Paidy

Dr Anirudh Reddy Paidy is a neonatologist and paediatrician with 10 years of clinical experience caring for newborns and children in India, the UAE, and Oman. He completed his medical degree (MBBS) in 2012 and went on to earn his MD in Paediatrics and DNB in Paediatrics in 2016 from prestigious Indian institutions. He furthered his neonatal expertise through a Fellowship in Neonatology from Jubilee Mission Medical College and recently obtained his MRCPCH (Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK) in 2025. He currently works as a Specialist in Paediatrics (Neonatology) at NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain.

Dr Anirudh specialises in managing critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). His clinical skills include advanced procedures such as umbilical venous and arterial catheters, central lines, intubation, and both invasive and non-invasive ventilation including high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV). He also performs neonatal transport, exchange transfusion, surfactant administration, and therapeutic hypothermia for newborns with specific conditions. His training spans both government and private hospital settings, giving him broad exposure to diverse patient populations and clinical scenarios.

Dr Anirudh is also trained in healthcare management, having completed an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Services Management in 2024. He is well suited for families seeking specialist care for their newborns, particularly those requiring intensive support or complex procedures in the NICU.
