Dr. Petri Dannhauser

Dr. Petri Dannhauser is a physiotherapist who qualified from the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa in 2007. She brings extensive experience treating patients across diverse settings, including intensive care units, paediatric wards, surgical recovery, and specialist orthopaedic clinics. Her clinical foundation spans acute hospital care through to outpatient rehabilitation.

Petri focuses on spinal and peripheral musculoskeletal conditions, cervicogenic headaches (headaches originating from the neck), orthopaedic injuries, and sports-related problems. She uses manual therapy techniques combined with specialized methods including kinesio taping and dry needling to help patients recover function and reduce pain. In 2017, she obtained her OMT (Orthopaedic Manual Therapy) Certificate and subsequently served on the OMT Committee in the Free State branch until 2023, reflecting her commitment to the field.
