Dr. Farha Khalil

Dr. Farha Khalil is a German Board-certified Consultant Dermatologist, Allergist and Immunologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She completed specialist training in Germany at leading institutions including Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Center for Psoriasis and Autoimmune Diseases. She now practices at King's College Hospital London (Dubai), where she manages complex medical dermatology, immunodermatology, and allergic conditions.

Dr. Khalil specializes in treating chronic inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis, severe eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, and alopecia areata. She uses advanced biologic therapies and systemic immunosuppressive treatments for autoimmune skin conditions. Her allergy practice covers skin and respiratory allergies through diagnostic testing (skin prick and patch testing) and allergen-specific immunotherapy.
