Dr. Jaikishan Mordani

Dr. Jaikishan Mordani is an experienced consultant interventional radiologist based at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai. He brings many years of UK-based training and practice in both diagnostic and interventional radiology, with particular expertise in image-guided minimally invasive procedures.

Dr. Mordani regularly performs a wide range of interventional procedures including peripheral vascular angioplasties (balloon widening of narrowed blood vessels) and stent placement, hepatobiliary (liver and bile duct) drainages and stents, selective embolisation (controlled blocking of blood vessels to stop bleeding or cut off blood supply to abnormal tissue), and ultrasound and CT-guided biopsies and drainage of fluid collections. He also performs transjugular liver biopsies, a specialised technique using a neck vein approach.

He is a member of the British Society of Interventional Radiologists and completed a fellowship in interventional radiology through the University Hospitals Network in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Mordani is well suited for patients needing image-guided diagnosis or minimally invasive treatment without major surgery.
