Dr. Maleeha Rafiq

Dr. Maleeha Rafiq is a UK-trained Consultant Paediatrician at NMC Royal Hospital, Dubai, with over 10 years of clinical experience. She holds a medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Manchester (2012), a postgraduate qualification in paediatrics (MRCPCH) from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (2019), and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Paediatrics (2024). She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.

Dr. Rafiq's clinical expertise spans paediatric respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, neonatology, allergy, dermatology, neurology, developmental paediatrics, and nutrition. She specializes in managing acute respiratory infections including pneumonia and asthma, assessing newborns' growth and development, overseeing vaccinations, and treating common childhood allergies and skin conditions. She also conducts neurodevelopmental assessments and manages nutritional deficiencies.
