Dr. Luke Hinds

Luke Hinds is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked in both public and private healthcare settings in South Africa since graduating from The University of the Western Cape in 2008. He brings over 15 years of clinical experience to his practice at Mediclinic, where he independently assesses patients and designs personalized treatment plans based on current evidence.

He is a certified orthopaedic manual and manipulative therapist with advanced training in Mulligan manual therapy techniques (for both upper and lower body) and dry needling. His evidence-based approach focuses on identifying the root cause of movement problems and restoring function through targeted hands-on treatment and rehabilitation exercises.

Luke is a good fit if you have musculoskeletal pain (especially back or shoulder problems), movement restrictions, or sports injuries, and prefer a therapist who combines manual therapy with functional rehabilitation to get you moving better.
