Dr. Helen Boland

Helen is a UK-trained musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2009. She has developed broad experience across various musculoskeletal settings in both the UK and Dubai, and now practices at Mediclinic Dubai.

She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, disc prolapse, sciatica, whiplash, sports injuries, arthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia. Her approach is tailored to each patient's needs and includes manual therapy, dry needling, home exercise programs, taping, and electrotherapy. She also provides post-operative rehabilitation following knee replacements, ACL and meniscal surgeries, and rotator cuff repairs.

Helen is a certified member of the Titleist Performance Institute, which means she has specialized training in assessing and treating golfers. She is a good fit if you need hands-on physiotherapy for joint or muscle problems, sports-related injuries, or recovery after orthopedic surgery.
