Dr. Renuka Satyanarayan Sharma

Dr Renuka Sharma is a neurosurgeon with 12 years of clinical and surgical experience across leading private and government hospitals in India and the UAE. She completed her medical degree at Government Medical College, Aurangabad, India, followed by specialist training in neurosurgery (D.N.B. Neurosurgery) at Kamineni Hospitals and Research Centre, Hyderabad.

Dr Sharma has broad expertise across brain and spine surgery. She performs emergency procedures for head trauma, brain bleeding, and spinal trauma, as well as planned surgeries for brain tumors, spinal cord compression, and infections. Her endoscopic techniques include minimally invasive procedures like endoscopic third ventriculostomy (for fluid buildup in the brain), pituitary tumor removal, and intraventricular cyst excision. She also treats congenital conditions such as craniosynostosis and spinal dysraphism, and repairs cerebrospinal fluid leaks.

Dr Sharma has trained in and continues to use advanced neurosurgical technology, including 3.0T intraoperative MRI, high-end surgical microscopes, and neuronavigation systems that enhance precision during complex procedures.
