Dr. Amir Abdelghaffar

Dr. Amir Abdelghaffar is a Consultant Neurologist at Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi with over 20 years of clinical experience across the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery, a Master's degree in Neurology and Psychiatry, and an MD/Ph.D. in Neurology from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, where he also serves as an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine.

His clinical practice encompasses a broad range of neurological conditions including headaches and migraines, spinal cord disorders, neck and back pain, Parkinson's disease, memory loss and dementia, movement disorders and spasms, stroke, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis.
