Dr. Tetiana Narovchenko

Dr. Tetiana Narovchenko is an ophthalmologist with over 19 years of experience treating eye conditions across the UAE and Ukraine. She completed her medical degree at Lugansk State Medical University in Ukraine and received specialized training in general ophthalmology at The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases. She went on to complete a clinical fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery and earned a Ph.D. from the same institute, then trained at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London under a European Society of Ophthalmology grant. She has also completed specialist courses in vitreo-retinal surgery techniques in Germany and India.

Dr. Narovchenko diagnoses and treats a wide range of eye conditions, with particular expertise in retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and retinal vascular disease. She performs retinal detachment surgery and laser procedures to prevent detachment, manages glaucoma, removes cataracts, and treats corneal and surface disorders of the eye. She also evaluates refractive errors (prescription strength) for patients of all ages, manages dry eyes and seasonal allergies, treats eyelid disorders, and handles eye trauma cases.

She is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech, and has published her clinical work in peer-reviewed medical journals. Patients appreciate her thorough approach to long-standing eye problems.
