Dr. Sahithi Nishtala

Dr Sahithi Nishtala is a UK-trained Consultant Radiologist with specialist expertise in gastrointestinal and gynaecological body imaging, plus cancer imaging. She completed her radiology training in the UK and undertook a dedicated fellowship in Oncology Imaging and PET-CT at the Christie Hospital NHS Trust, one of the UK's largest specialist cancer centres. She previously worked as a Consultant Radiologist at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, where she reported complex body imaging cases including cancer-related scans.

Dr Sahithi performs a wide range of diagnostic imaging across all body imaging modalities, with particular strength in CT, ultrasound, and PET-CT scanning. She is proficient in image-guided procedures — using ultrasound and CT scans to guide needle biopsies and drain placements safely in the abdomen and pelvis. She has experience reporting challenging post-operative and post-treatment scans in cancer patients.
