Dr. Rouba Abdennour

Dr. Rouba Abdennour is a Specialist in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine who completed her medical degree and specialist training at the American University of Beirut. She now practises at King's College Hospital London (Dubai), providing comprehensive care for children and adolescents from birth to 18 years of age.

Dr. Rouba's clinical expertise spans preventive paediatric health care, immunisations, newborn care, child growth and development, nutrition and breastfeeding counselling, and management of acute and chronic illnesses in children. She has additional research and clinical experience in paediatric blood disorders, particularly sickle cell disease, from her postdoctoral fellowship in paediatric haematology. Her areas of interest include adolescent medicine, paediatric infections, asthma, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders and common paediatric rashes.

Beyond clinical practice, she conducts public awareness and parent education sessions and is active in sharing paediatric and parenting guidance online. She holds international membership in the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Dr. Rouba speaks English, Arabic and French fluently.
