Dr. Mohammad Rajab Moh’d Ayyash

Dr. Mohammad Rajab Moh'd Ayyash is a Consultant Otolaryngologist (ENT specialist) with nearly 30 years of medical experience, including more than 20 years of focused expertise in ear, nose, throat and head-and-neck surgery. He trained in Ukraine, Jordan, and Australia, earning his medical degree from Lugansk State Medical University in 1992, followed by specialist training in otolaryngology at Jordan University Hospital (1994–1998) and a fellowship in head-and-neck surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital in Australia under the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (2003–2004). He spent a decade as Director of the ENT Head and Neck Oncology Service at King Hussein Cancer Center in Amman before moving to Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Ayyash performs a comprehensive range of ENT procedures, from major cancer and reconstruction surgeries to routine ear, nose and throat operations. His cancer surgery experience includes total laryngectomy (voice-box removal with voice restoration), neck dissection, thyroid and salivary gland removal, and tumour resection with tissue flap reconstruction. He also carries out functional endoscopic sinus surgery (keyhole sinus procedures), septoplasty (straightening the nasal partition), tonsil and adenoid removal, ear tube insertion, and mastoid bone surgery. His practice combines oncological expertise with general ENT care.
