Dr. Swetha RajanV

Dr. Swetha Rajan is a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist with 12 years of post-specialty experience in women's healthcare. She trained at Mysore Medical College and Goa Medical College, and holds specialist credentials including MRCPI (Ireland), where she was recognized as top scorer in the OSCE exam, and MRCOG (UK). She has completed a fellowship in assisted reproductive techniques from the University of Kiel in Germany, strengthening her expertise in fertility care and reproductive medicine.

Dr. Swetha provides comprehensive care across obstetrics and gynaecology. In pregnancy, she manages high-risk cases, offers preconception counselling, and handles labour and delivery including normal vaginal birth, assisted delivery (vacuum and forceps), and caesarean section. She has specialized training in internal iliac artery ligation, an advanced technique to control severe bleeding during childbirth while preserving the uterus. In gynaecology, she performs minimally invasive keyhole surgery for fibroids, cysts, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic floor problems, with a focus on faster recovery and minimal scarring.
