Dr. Khawar Aziz Siddiqui

Dr Khawar Aziz Siddiqui is a consultant transplant anaesthesiologist with over 25 years of experience across Pakistan, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. He completed his basic medical qualification from Army Medical College, Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 1995, and underwent formal anaesthesia training starting in 1999, becoming a consultant with the Pakistan Army in 2004. He serves as a supervisor and examiner for membership and fellowship examinations at the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).

Dr Siddiqui specializes in anaesthesia for organ transplants—particularly kidney and liver transplants—as well as regional anaesthesia techniques, ultrasound-guided vascular access, and anaesthesia for complex surgical procedures. Throughout his career, he has held academic roles at major institutions including the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), Zayed Military Hospital Abu Dhabi, and Liaquat National Hospital, where he developed particular expertise in cardiac anaesthesia (both paediatric and adult), neuro anaesthesia, and thoracic anaesthesia.
