Dr. Ibrahim Nabil Salama Elwardany

Dr. Ibrahim Elwardany is a consultant surgeon with nearly three decades of experience in bariatric (weight-loss), laparoscopic (keyhole), and general surgery. He graduated from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1997 with his medical degree, then completed an MSc in general surgery in 2002 and earned his doctorate in surgery in 2010. He now practises at Burjeel Royal Hospital in Abu Dhabi while also teaching as a professor of general surgery at Misr University for Science and Technology in Egypt.

Dr. Elwardany has performed over 3,000 weight-loss surgeries and more than 8,000 general surgical procedures.
