Dr. Ahmed Nader Youssef Ezeldin

Dr. Ahmed Nader is a Consultant in Critical Care with over 18 years of experience managing patients in intensive care units across Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAE. He holds a Master's degree in Critical Care from Alexandria University (2010), UK membership in internal medicine (MRCP-UK, 2017), and a Ph.D. in Critical Care from Alexandria University (2024). His training began with a three-year residency at Alexandria Main University Hospital's 96-bed critical care complex, followed by roles as a critical care specialist in Kuwait's ministry hospitals and as head of the ICU at Zulekha Hospital in Dubai before joining Burjeel in 2024.

Dr. Ahmed manages the full spectrum of life-threatening conditions: heart attacks, irregular heartbeats, respiratory failure, blood clots in the lungs, and shock. He is skilled in airway procedures (intubation, tracheostomy), placing central lines under ultrasound guidance, emergency stabilization after trauma, and using advanced equipment including ventilators, defibrillators, and pacemakers. He interprets imaging (X-rays and CT scans), performs ultrasound-guided procedures such as fluid drainage from around the heart or lungs, bronchoscopy, and bedside cardiac and chest ultrasound.
