Dr. Ghulam Yasin Naroo is a Senior Consultant Physician with over 20 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Diabetes Management, and Acute Care. He has held leadership positions at major Dubai Health Authority institutions, including the Dubai Diabetes Centre (JCIA-accredited) and Rashid Hospital Trauma Centre, where he contributed to developing critical clinical protocols.

Dr. Naroo specializes in managing complex diabetes cases—including Type 1, Type 2, LADA, MODY, and gestational diabetes—alongside acute medical conditions and multi-system diseases. He has been instrumental in creating stroke and STEMI (heart attack) protocols that improve patient safety and outcomes. His approach combines personalized care with evidence-based medicine and a strong focus on long-term disease prevention.

Beyond clinical practice, he is an active medical educator and researcher, holding a Senior Lecturer position at Dubai Medical College and contributing to international studies including WHO COVID research.
