Dr. Mohamed Abouelnaga

Dr. Mohamed Abouelnaga is a Consultant Neurologist at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi with over 12 years of clinical experience. He completed his medical degree and neurology specialty training at the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University Hospitals in Egypt, and has worked in leading hospitals across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, including Saudi German Hospital Riyadh and Zayed Military Hospital.

Dr. Abouelnaga diagnoses and manages a wide range of neurological conditions in adult patients, with particular expertise in multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating disorders, migraine and headache disorders, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, movement disorders like Parkinson's disease, and neuromuscular diseases. He has advanced training in botulinum toxin (Botox) injections for spasticity, hemifacial spasm, and chronic migraine.

He is a Life Member of the Emirates Neurology Society, American Academy of Neurology, and European Academy of Neurology. Dr. Abouelnaga is Egyptian and fluent in both English and Arabic, making him accessible to a wide patient population.
