Dr. Ahmed Al Haj Saleh

Dr. Ahmed Al Haj Saleh is an internal medicine consultant with almost 30 years of clinical experience across multiple medical disciplines. He trained at the University of Benghazi in Libya for his medical degree, followed by postgraduate training in the United States. Before joining Mediclinic Dubai, he worked in both government and private hospitals in Libya and Dubai, gaining broad exposure to diverse patient populations and medical challenges.

Dr. Saleh treats both inpatients and outpatients and has particular expertise in managing chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and chest problems such as bronchitis and asthma. He also handles infectious diseases ranging from malaria and hepatitis to serious conditions like meningitis and sepsis, as well as anemia and digestive disorders. He is experienced in managing emergency situations related to obstetric complications, stroke, blood clots, and thyroid conditions.
