He completed his medical degree (MBChB) and Master's degree (MSc) from the University of Alexandria in Egypt, followed by postgraduate training in paediatrics leading to MRCP (Ireland) qualification. Over more than 20 years, he has worked in teaching hospitals across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UK and the UAE, serving as both a faculty member and specialist.
