Dr. Darbar is an active member of major international neurosurgical organizations, serving as a board member for the Federation of International Education for Neurosurgeons (FIENS) and as a committee member for the Neuroendoscopy committee of the World Federation of Neurosurgeons (WFNS). She is also founding Chair of Women in Neurosurgery (WIN) in Pakistan and Vice-Chair of WIN for the Asian Congress of Neurosurgeons.
