Dr. Laila Yahya Alhubaishi

Dr. Laila Yahya Alhubaishi is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist practising at Dubai Health. She completed her medical degree at the University of Science and Technology in Yemen in 2003, followed by residency training through the Dubai Residency Program at Dubai Health in 2008. She holds the German Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Leibniz University Hannover, obtained in 2017.

Dr Alhubaishi provides comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care, including management of pregnancy, vaginal and surgical delivery, and treatment of general women's health conditions. Her clinical interests include complications of pregnancy and delivery, as well as gynaecological surgical procedures such as hysterectomy. She has published research on topics including pregnancy outcomes after bariatric surgery, complications of female genital mutilation, and placental abnormalities.
