Dr. Ibrahim Abd Elrahman

Dr Ibrahim Abd Elrahman is a Consultant Gynaecologist with over three decades of experience in women's health and gynaecological surgery. He trained in the UK and Ireland, completing his medical degree from the National University of Ireland and specialist qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons. Since relocating to the UAE in 2008, he has worked at King's College Hospital London Dubai and other leading institutions, building a reputation as a specialist in complex gynaecological cases.

His clinical focus is advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, treating fibroids, endometriosis, prolapse, and structural pelvic abnormalities. He holds formal accreditation in minimal access techniques from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP). Dr Ibrahim is frequently sought as a tertiary referral for complex cases and provides case reviews for other facilities.

Beyond clinical practice, he serves as Assistant Professor at Mohamed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he was training coordinator for obstetrics and gynaecology students. He is active in clinical research and publications, regularly presents at local and international conferences, and led the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Subcommittee at his institution.
