Dr. Sravanthi Battala

Dr. Sravanthi Battala is an orthopedic surgeon with over seven years of experience treating a wide range of bone, joint, and soft-tissue conditions. She trained in orthopedic surgery in India, completing her MBBS, MS in Orthopedics, and DNB (Orthopedics) qualifications. She now practices at Medeor Hospital in Abu Dhabi, where she is one of very few female orthopedic surgeons in the UAE.

Dr. Sravanthi has extensive experience in orthopedic trauma (fractures and soft-tissue injuries), joint disorders, arthritis, and arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery. She manages conditions including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, sciatica, sports injuries, and post-pregnancy orthopedic issues. She uses both medical and surgical approaches, including viscosupplementation (joint fluid injections) for arthritis.

Having taught medical students as an assistant professor, Dr. Sravanthi is particularly focused on providing comprehensive orthopedic care for women of all ages and raising awareness of joint and bone issues that affect women.
