Dr. Rauda Alkaabi

Rauda Alkaabi is a physiotherapist who graduated from FCHS in 2021 with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Medicine. She brings broad clinical experience across multiple settings, having trained in paediatric physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, post-operative care, intensive care, and respiratory rehabilitation. Her foundation spans diverse patient populations and conditions, giving her flexibility in working with different age groups and clinical presentations.

Rauda has particular expertise in treating repetitive strain injuries, notably lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), which she studied through a systematic review and meta-analysis published in 2020. Her core clinical work focuses on musculoskeletal problems including lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder stiffness, and ankle rehabilitation, alongside balance and movement re-education. She uses tailored exercise programmes, pain management strategies, and patient education to support recovery and daily function.
