Dr. Youssef Michal Andraws is a Senior Specialist in General Anesthesia based at Dubai Health in the United Arab Emirates. He completed his Master of Anesthesia from the Ministry of Health in Syria in 2006, and has spent over two decades delivering anesthesia care across the Middle East.

With more than 15 years at Dubai Health since 2008, Dr. Andraws brings extensive experience in perioperative anesthesia management. Before joining Dubai Health, he worked at Al Basel Hospital in Syria from 2001 to 2008, building a strong foundation in anesthesia practice across different healthcare settings.
