Dr. Nidhi Dhaval Darji

Dr. Nidhi Darji is a consultant ophthalmologist with 13 years of clinical experience, including more than 7 years as an independent practitioner in Mumbai before relocating to the UAE in 2024. She completed her medical degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in 2012, followed by specialist training in ophthalmic surgery from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi (2016). She has pursued advanced fellowships in medical retina at Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore, and specialized training in cataract surgery (phacoemulsification) and LASIK at leading eye centers across India.

Dr. Darji has performed over 5,000 advanced cataract surgeries and brings extensive experience from high-volume centers, charitable hospitals, and government teaching institutes. She is trained in the full range of eye conditions: cataracts, glaucoma (raised eye pressure), retinal diseases, laser treatments, eye infections and allergies, pediatric eye care, and emergency eye conditions. Her work includes managing complex surgical cases and teaching junior residents and trainee doctors.
