Dr. Mohamed Abdelrahman Musa

Dr Mohamed Abdelrahman Musa is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi. He brings more than 20 years of international clinical experience, having trained and worked extensively in the UK before relocating to the UAE. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and General Medicine.

Dr Musa trained at the University of Khartoum in Sudan, then completed postgraduate training in General Medicine and specialist training in Gastroenterology in the UK, achieving his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2007. He subsequently worked as a consultant gastroenterologist in the UK for almost eight years. His clinical expertise spans gastro-oesophageal reflux disease and its complications, peptic ulcers, acute and chronic liver conditions, gastrointestinal cancers, advanced endoscopic procedures (both diagnostic and therapeutic), colorectal cancer and polyp screening, functional bowel disorders, and gastrointestinal infections.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Musa holds a Master's degree in Medical Education from the University of Cardiff and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is fluent in English and Arabic, and is Sudanese-British.
