Dr. Pamela Ritucci

Dr Pamela Ritucci is a podiatrist at Mediclinic with a first-class honours degree in Podiatry from the University of Huddersfield, which she completed in 2016. She is particularly proud of her time as a lecturer practitioner at the University of Huddersfield, where she combined clinical practice with teaching. Since moving to Dubai in 2019, she has become a key member of the Diabetes multidisciplinary team at Mediclinic, where she specialises in diabetic foot screening, wound management, and custom foot orthoses.

Pamela manages a wide range of foot problems with a particular focus on heel pain and ingrowing toenails. Her clinical skills span conservative and surgical treatments for nail issues, removal of corns and calluses, wart treatment (including verruca needling), gait analysis, and custom-made foot supports. She also conducts musculoskeletal assessments and manages foot ulcers in her diabetic patient population.

With a background in sports injury rehabilitation—she began a master's degree in this field in 2018—Pamela is an active member of the sports and exercise medicine department. Her personal experience managing running injuries and her own participation in sport make her well-suited to patients seeking advice on sports-related foot and lower-limb problems.
