Dr. Ruqayyaht Adeoye

Dr Ruqayyaht Adeoye is a UK-trained physiotherapist with 10 years' clinical experience. She trained in the NHS across both medical and rehabilitative settings before joining Mediclinic, where she now provides specialist pelvic floor physiotherapy. Her expertise spans a comprehensive range of pelvic floor conditions, from bowel and bladder dysfunction to complex pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction.

She offers a full range of evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's needs, including manual pelvic floor therapy, soft tissue release, guided pelvic floor exercises, biofeedback training, electrical stimulation, and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS). A particular focus of her work is perineal trauma rehabilitation following childbirth; she has designed and led specialist clinics in the NHS for women recovering from severe perineal tears (third and fourth degree) and related complications.
