Dr. Ben Chithan

Dr. Ben Chithan is a certified diagnostic radiologist with 10 years of clinical experience across India, Oman, and the UAE. He trained at Kerala University of Health Sciences, completing both his MBBS and MD there, and has worked in teaching hospitals, busy private practices, and diagnostic imaging centers.

He specializes in MRI with a focus on musculoskeletal imaging, as well as CT scans (with and without contrast), ultrasound and Doppler studies, conventional X-rays, mammograms, and DEXA bone-density scans. He is skilled at reporting emergency cases—trauma, acute abdominal conditions, and neurological emergencies—and has attended specialized training workshops in musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal radiology.

Dr. Chithan is also a certified Radiation Protection Officer, overseeing radiation safety and equipment quality assurance. His clear communication and collaborative approach make him a reliable partner in the radiology department.
