Dr. Maha Assem Fahmy

Dr. Maha Assem Fahmy is a dermatologist with a medical degree and Master's qualification in Dermatology and Venereology from Ain Shams University in Egypt. She has trained extensively in skin cancer diagnosis and management, completing diplomas in dermoscopy and skin cancer screening from Queensland University, Australia, and skin cancer management from Bond University, Australia. She also holds a diploma in aesthetic medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (USA), and is experienced in laser applications for skin treatment.

Dr. Fahmy treats a wide range of skin conditions, from common skin diseases and allergic reactions to pigmentation problems and acne. She specialises in procedures to remove or reduce skin growths, keloids (thick scars), and hair loss, using techniques such as micro-dermabrasion to smooth facial scarring. Her laser and cosmetic work includes non-surgical wrinkle reduction using botox and dermal fillers, non-invasive face and neck lifting using thread techniques, laser hair removal, removal of unwanted tattoos, and skin rejuvenation treatments including chemical peels and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.

Dr. Fahmy has practised in hospitals across Egypt, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, bringing diverse clinical experience to her practice at Mediclinic Al Ain.
